RGB Properties is a Canadian company that specializes in Property Acquisition,
Property Management, and Real Estate Investing. We have the skills and
contacts to take a property we purchase and turn it into an outstanding
rental property or a beautiful home for resale or rent-to-own.
Our
Experience
Our extensive property management experience allows us not only maintain
the properties, but also enables us to ensure we have quality tenants
in place, who are looking for a place to call home. Without quality tenants
a property is nothing more than "just a rental" and we work
hard to ensure that our properties are truly homes to the people who live
there.
Investment
Opportunities
With the investment side of our business, we are able to take on partners
who either do not have the time, experience or the interest to do all
of the dirty work that is required with Real Estate, but do understand
the benefits of owning real estate.
Investments can range from a small short term loans, we use to purchase
properties to long term investments where partners are equal owners and
can receive annual returns of over 20% per year. With investment they
receive full share in the property and get to enjoy their lives while

Our
Location
RGB Properties is based in Toronto, Ontario. We also have representation
in the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold and
Niagara Falls. We are opening other branches to assist families with reaching
their goal of home ownership.
Rent-To-Own
Projects
We bring sellers together with tenant/buyers, take care of all the paperwork
and make all arrangements, and help families to reach their goal, whether
it is selling or buying a home.
How We Do It
RGB Properties contracts with sellers of properties to rent-to-own their
houses to an interested tenant/buyer. We then find a tenant/buyer through
our database of pre-screened families and assign our rent-to-own option
rights.
The seller receives the asking price, gets tax deductions on the property,
and receives positive cash flow every month.
The tenant/buyer gets a beautiful home
that they otherwise may not be able to get into, receives generous rent
credits toward the purchase, and pays a lower option consideration. The
rent-to-own agreement is for one to two years. This allows the tenant/buyer
time to organize his finances or correct some of the blemishes or inaccuracies
on his credit. We stay in contact with the tenant/buyer until the financing
is complete.
