RGB Properties is a Canadian company that specializes in Property Acquisition,
Property Management, and Real Estate Investing. We have the skills and
contacts to take a property we purchase and turn it into an outstanding
rental property or a beautiful home for resale or rent-to-own.
Do you
rent-to-own any homes?
Yes, we do. We have a variety of programs available to suite your personal
needs and budget. Contact us

How much
cash do I need?
It depends on the home you wish to rent/buy. Usually a tenant/buyer will
need first and last month rent, plus the option payment which is around
3% of the price of the home.
How can
I see the inside of a house?
First, you have to apply to be considered for the rent-to-own program.

After you are pre-approved, we can provide you with the address of available
home. You should drive by and take a look in the windows. Second, come
to an open house or call us for a private appointment.
Can you
pull my credit report for me?
Yes we can, but it requires a $35 application fee. The $35 (in cash, money
order or credit card), can be mailed to our office at 4915 Bathurst St.
Unit 209. Toronto, ON. M2R 1X9.
In addition to the application fee, you must also complete the Buyer
Information Form. (Please note your Social Insurance Number
and date of birth in the "comment" section.)
