All documents will be available for pickup in our office or can be delivered to you for an additional charge. Please note that corporate legislation requires all corporations to maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records. Our complete package includes the documents required to satisfy these corporate record keeping requirements.

Please note that if you do not select pre-approved objects, you will have to pay an additional fee to have those objects reviewed by the Public Trustees Office.

The current fee is $150 and can be paid by a separate cheque. However, if you wish to pay this fee by a credit card an administration fee of $35 plus tax would apply.
